Golden Rules

1. Thou shalt do what you can, when you can, where you can, with what you have.

2. Thou shalt have fun doing it.

3. Thou shalt eat and rest with the same intensity thou trains with.

4. Thou shalt Live Alive and gift thyself at least 16 minutes to DRILLit every day.

5. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s body.

6. Thou shalt love thyself, no matter how you do or don’t match up to the imaginary ‘fitness ideal’ thy hast created for thyself.

7. Thou shalt be mentally, emotionally, and physically focused and present when drilling it.

8. Thou shalt master the difference between injury and discomfort—and train thyself to relax into discomfort.

9. Thou shalt learn and master perfect form and only then add intensity or greater resistance to movements.

10. Thou shalt stop making excuses and start today.
